Interested in graphic design, film-making, journalism or just communications in general?

Woodcraft’s recently launched TREE programme, which will give young Woodcraft Folk many more opportunities to have their say at all levels of Woodcraft Folk and beyond, is looking for under 18s to become Communications Advisors.  

If you’ve got ideas for the new Woodcraft Folk website, opinions on how to get Venturers to stay on as DFs, or issues you think Woodcraft Folk should be campaigning about, the TREE Communications Group is the way to get heard. You don’t need any experience of marketing or communications, just a bit of spare time to contribute your opinion. You’ll also be able to join task groups for actually creating communications, like website content, posters, newsletters and films. You could be part of revolutionising communication at Woodcraft Folk.

The group will meet occasionally in a location that’s convenient for everyone, with travel expenses reimbursed and refreshment provided. We’ll communicate by email regularly. The TREE programme runs for 5 years and you can join its Communications Group for as little or as long as you like during that time.
