The Bebop

DFs are running a late night cafe at Co-Camp, and we need your help!
If you are interested then drop me a bell and I will let you know all about what you will be getting yourself in for. Contact me at the-bebop@googlegroups.com!
At the moment the idea is to have a to part cafe part music venue. One half will be the Be which will be a lovely carped area covered with sofas, cushions, board games, books and all of the things you need for a proper slob out. T,his will be a great place to come with your friends of an evening to chill. It will be comfortable warm, and a bit like being inside a teddy bear.
The other side-the Bop- is for a stage ,tables, live bands, open mic, quizzes and all sorts of stuff created by the villages. This is also the side where you can get a really good meal, both sides are going to be serving snacks and drinks, but each night we will provide some form of hot, wholesome and nourishing meal for all those in need of something sustaining.
It is going to be a a fantastic place to be if we can pull it of, and that is where you come in. So, if you are looking to have some thing to do on some of the days at Co-Camp, you really like coffee and want to spread the good word to others or you just want one of the great shirts that we will be making then drop me an email -atthe-bebop@googlegroups.com- and I will add you to the egroup, or just coment on this post where we will be discussing the plans and you can get involved to the workers co-op.

The BeBop Team are going to make the cafe the for most place to come if late at night you have the strange and irresistible desire for some home comforts. to that end the line up looks like this
Josh Dodd – one of the point men, a great guy to ask any questions of and he is going to be a guy that will be around the cafe at the camp. Want coffee? Want tea? Want a hybrid of the two- Toffee? Cea? Dodd’s ya man. Also makes exceedingly good cakes.
Will Feltham – the other point man, a really talented and creative soul. The guy to talk to if you want to play or be around the stage. Masculine yet sensual, the man to go to for a hug.
Will Searby – a charming, waistcoated man , he is going to be director general of TEA. When it is Will Searby in charge the capital letters are appropriate. The only man to complain that a DF Camp didn’t have a trouser press.
Kate McKay – Anyone who has spent any time with her will agree she is wonderful. She will be our Shift mistress, and will add a bit of glamour and beauty to the proceedings.
