Span that world
Hello guys!!
I am very proud to introduce the new and shiny DF website.

There are quite a few things that still need to be done. They should be up within the next couple of weeks. I apologise for any inconveniences….

Our aim was to make the website a better place, and I think we did it. It will be updated regulary, with useful news that you need and want to know.
But it also has fun stuff!

Basically, the website has the same pages that it did in the last version, but now it also have more stuff. Just to give you an idea, check out the woodcraft songs, find out what is PARTY and MEST-UP, and learn and laugh with our superb wiki!

Another cool feature is that now you can comment in the news! Quality!!

If you want to contact any of us, just use the new contact form!!

So stay tuned, because this is just the beggining!!

Try to comment in the news!! It is really nice!!

Magico – I have just been reading the DF Committee page, and it has all the info on from the old website, which is out of date! DF Ctte only has 13 (14 on alternate years with shadow treasurer) members not 15/16. And the rest of it is slightly innaccurate too, like who gets elected where.

Span That World With Friendship

The District Fellows Movement is the 16-20 year old members of the co-operative educational youth charity, the woodcraft folk, whose ideology is based on the principles of equality, peace, social justice and co-operation, with an emphasis on the empowerment of young people.

DF meetings usually consist of a group of like minded individuals meeting up at a regular time and place (someone's house, or a pub for instance, or even a community hall if the group is large enough) and taking part in usual woodcraft activities. These activities range from co-operative games, orgainising events, workshops and discussions, and general socialising!

The DF movement also meets up on a national basis frequently, to hold both social, educational events and business events allowing everyone to be involved in the running of DF's...
