Media Training
From the evening of Friday 5th march to the afternoon of Sunday 7th march in Stanley, there is going to be some training on film making and interviews.
It’s a chance to learn or refresh your skills in recording and editing film. There will also be a session reporting and interviewing skills from a radio professional.
If you are at all interested in film and its creation, then you should come along. Anyone wanting to be part of the Vcamp Media Team, or wanting to make films for Woodcraft, then you are positively and ecstatically welcomed.
The plan is that every one will arrive at 7pm in Durham where I (Josh Dodd) in very noticeable and stylish Woodcraft clothing, will meet you and we will go on to the centre where we will be staying. On the Saturday there will be sessions on camera work and editing and in the evening there will be an slapup meal at a local WCF fundraising event. The Sunday should go a little like this: get up, eat/tea/coffee, a short interval where films can be changed and then a show of all the work that you have been up to, then have a short session on interviews and at about 3pm we will take every on to the station and say our tearful goodbyes.
Best of all is that this event is free and I mean it- food, accommodation and even the train you came in on (as TREE will give you the money back)
