So, the time has come – the Woodcraft summer is drawing to a close, and those of us who have been living out of a rucksack or suitcase for so long now have to approach the real world once more…

But don’t get down about this! For the Bridges Project, this can only mean one thing:

The Bridges Project Website is UP!

For those of you who don’t know,The Bridges Project is a triangular project between three members of the International Falcon Movement (click here to check out our international umbrella movement IFM) with the aim of working with young people and children within our movements to develop a critical understanding of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and to create an international network of partnership and exchange in which to develop our core Woodcraft principles of education and empowerment in what is arguably the one key issue within international politics of the modern era.

So, yeah. The Bridges Project has had an amazing first summer. We’ve held workshops with DFs and Venturers, Kinsfolk too, and hopefully have told many a Woodie of the amazing journey that we took to Palestine and Israel earlier this year.

If you haven’t heard about what we’ve been up to then read up on our progress by re-reading our posts of previous weeks and months, here, here and here. Oh and here.

The website is literally nearly half full to the brim of stuff to really keep you in the know, and stuff will keep coming in, piling up to become not only a great archive of the trip, but a fantastic resource base for you all to pick up your knowledge and most importantly critical understanding of the region and the Israel-Palestine conflict.

See the website here!

Go on! Just a quick look!
