Hiiia Kiiids!

Name’s Laurie Cannell and affiliation’s my game. Actually, I’m going to make affiliation your game.

My aim is to get everyone else affiliating too. If you have a cool organisation you think we would love and would love us give me a bell on the email address below and we’ll work together to get them involved in DFs. Be it through Blank Canvas, a workshop at an event, us going to their events or however we decide!

I’m currently Gap Yearing and working at Suma full time to earn some money (and eat some lurverly food!) and intend to go travelling next year. After that, I have a place waiting for me at UCL in London to study English and German next September. I’m also KPing northern Winter Wonderland (so expect lots of Suma) and hopefully organising a paper at CoCamp next year.

Blank Canvas! I want to put a bit about Blank Canvas in this too. Basically, it’s gonna be awesome. And it needs YOU to help! We already have a lot of the groundwork to reuse from this year so we can now just make it amazing. Get in touch if you wanna be involved; it’s never too early to start pestering an organisation to come, thinking about what you could bring or helping with the coordination of BC 2011!
